Is your Itunes a big fat hog?

Well mine sure was and I did some investigating and this is what I found in the Applications folder:
I am as guilty as many when I fist got the ability to try out some aps – So downloading I went only to now find that it seems itunes does not like cleaning up its garbage… There are 10 copies of some applications left over?
Anyone else seeing this?
